What could this be?(pics)?

The pics are a little blurry and hard to see but the description and location says ringworm to me. get some (woman yeast infection medicine) yeast med and rub a little on the one three times a day and see if it improves. If it does you know I was right. If I was wrong this med will not effect any other type of wound. If it is it should show signs of improvement in 3 days.
