Can someone suggest me what to do with my new Samsung phone-which is suposedly covered by an intrnatl warranty

I brought my fone-Samsung E350 from KL,Malaysia and returned to Bangladesh where I reside.After working gine for a month,the keypad jammed and the screen went blank.Now it dznt ven turn on! The set is suposed to be a FMG one-which shud be covered by an international Samsun warranty for 1.5 yrs.Bt down here in my hometwon,the local Samsung dealers refuse to accept my claim as it was bought from another country!Wel wat the hel doz an INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY mean then?the sily samsung websyt dznt evn hav a link for Customer Care!Can ne1 help plzzzzzzzzz
