Do you believe in Title IX which states that colleges have to give equal money to male and female sports?

In other words, do you believe its right to require this? I believe if the male sports make the most money, then let them have the expensive locker rooms, buses, and gyms. The truth is men's sports are more exciting than women's. A true sport requires physical strength and since man is the stronger gender, he will certainly display more greatness than a female. However, women might be better at sewing because of their smaller hands so they could probably make more money selling quilts or the like. This whole idea of having to spend the same amount of money on each gender is rubbish. What are your thoughts on this? Also, don't you find men's sports are better than women's?
