/chest pain 20 yr old female?

i have had alot of health concerns for about 5 yrs but the one thats most common is in my chest area i have had heart scans at urgent care i have also talked to my doctor alot about it but still nothing so im wondering if anyone has any input the pain is on the top left of my ;left (just had a test from my doctor to feel for lumps last month) it feels sharp kind of when exhaling i dont think its a heart attack but it has been very constant the past month i dont know know if stress can do it or what but its scary and annoying
