Stitches = infected. bad. tendons died???HeLP!?

so dustin got seven stitches in his arm and they got infected and he went to the er last night and they said it was infected and the tendons are dead. he going to a sergin tomorow. what will happen\will he have to get surgery? what does it mean if your tendons are dead??? tell me anything!!!
