Unusual,i know...i want to meet a nice philipina lady on a cruise and possibly marry and bring her to the u.s?

We met thru anmutual aquaintance,she lives in cagayan philippines ,i,m in michigan=Because of all the immigration hles,i thot i could meet her on a cruise ship,we,d spend a lil time to know eachother and then see what our next step might be . .My ? is . .is it impracticle from a traveling standpoint?What papers would she need? Just pport?I want to arrange it on my end if possible
