What product can i put in my 3 mth old mixed babys hair?

my 3 mth old daughter is mixed.. african american n white. she doesnt have that much hair but what she does have is very curly when wet.. but when it dried it looks more like big ocean waves on top her head! what product can i put in her hair to keep her more ringlet curls instead of it dryin and turnin into ocean waves?!?
