How come The Party of No doesn't want Russia to reduce its nuclear weapons with the new START Treaty?

The Russians are not going to be up for verification. Obama has a record of apologizing for America and coddling enemies. Republicans are not the party of no; they are the party of sense and patriotism. Democrats are funded by and filled with rats like George Soros who only want to see America become socialist and weak.
