What could I wear these jackets with?

i like the tan jacket and you could wear a white or cream shirt under it and for the jeans you could wear a medium to dark wash and wear a pair of medium light brown or dark brown heels....by the way the jacket is super cute and i have one almost like that!! its really cute!!!
