Is he jealous or reacting just realizing we have problems?

Okay So my man and I have been having problems lately. I have a co worker who has become really good friends. He gives me a ride to and from work when we work together ( since I don't have a car) well I was really depressed and we went and had a drink after work. ( already asked question about that) well my husband was not to mad but did ask if i cheated. we got past it whatnot. and no i didn't cheat or flirt or anything. so on to my question. My husband has been very attentive to me since then. always touching and sending texts about how much he loves me and all night last night he held me when i moved he moved with me. not complaining i liked it its been a wile since he has done this. So is he jealous of my friend or did he just finally realize our relationship is in danger ( not that i would cheat i would leave before i cheated) I love my husband very much and am trying to work through our problems but he doesnt seem to be helping that much in that aspect.
