Help me please. - I have problems loading some games in pogo, the game starts to open?

then an error message appears. I have notebook with vista and am on dial-up, I put extra memory installed when I bought it in March. I am current on all updates/upgrades, java is current and enabled, only thing I haven't done yet is to uninstall the java and download a new one. Found out some others have the same problem and someone suggested to get firefox browser instead of IE. Nothing wrong with the lap for I took it back to Geek Squad and it's clean. Help me please.
